I wanted to report a text I received yesterday. I received the text again today. It states catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance in affiliation with the World Bank in USA. It states this is a specified place for those who need assistance paying for bills, buying a home, going to school, starting a business. Even helping old age with retired and disabled. You don't have to pay it back. You have to fill out a form so that we can locate you. Your destination at the point of delivering your winning money and also for security reasons. Are you ready to fill out the form now. They want full name, date of birth, address, marital status, cell number,email. Do you own or rent and occupation. Do you want cash or check. Kindly hold your ID, snap and send it so your money will not be delivered to the wrong person. Agent Jim Inhofe from Federal Domestic Assistance. I relied is this legitimate? I have never heard of this. It also mentions grant. I do not have the phone number the text came from

I was contacted through facebook messenger from a family member about a grant program could assist for debt relief, medical bills and disabled people and veterans. I did not feel my family member was being hacked as we communicate with facebook and texting. The program is called Catalog Federal Domestic Assistance Grant. You contact a online agent through a text phone number. Application is taken and approved amounts offered. A clearance fee for the approved money. After money received then your file is transferred to a finance officer to set up delivery. Explained of delviery and insurance fees you pay. After received then shipment is set up for delivery through Secides.com. You are given a tracking number so you can monitor. The delivery stopped in Secides facility in Kansas city because stamped and security fees not paid. Once you pay this then told delivery will continue to process.
