Type of a scam Government Grant
First got Facebook messages just general chatting as if they were my Aunt G*******. They eventually said they wanted to share that she applied for a Federal Gift Aid grant and already got $48,000 that she qualified for.
She helped me fill out answers to a government form letter they sent me by text.
The next morning they texted me as a woman that I was approved for $45000. This Bennita Rita claimed to be in charge of the federal grant program (USFGG, United States Federal Government Grant). The form letter was signed by Attorney General Merrick B. Garland.
I only gave up normally accessible personal information that is available for free on some of the person search sights on the net.
The fake USPS notified me that they will charge me $1200 process and handling fee for delivering my grant money.
I screen saved about all this info that is on my Facebook messenger site. Just can’t find which site they claimed to be the USPS on. The messages began about October 31 and still seem to be continuing to get me to respond since I last answered on 01 Nov, 2023.
