This scammer used a facebook friend identity to message me that they had received $75,000 through fedex for winnings through the Federal Government Empowerment Money Program. That I need to text a message to 1-203-822-7977 to look into it. I actually did leave my phone number out of curiosity. In the meantime I started an internet search and found that this number is associated with scamming for exactly this cause. They were persistent and wanted to know if I contacted said phone number. I then told them I knew they were a scammer and I was immediately going to turn them in.
