Received a phone call from Federal Government Grant Department of Health and Human Services, stating that I had qualified for a $9,000 grant called American Recovery, but I would need to send them $199.00 to receive the grant money. They told me to call them back at 240-366-7414, to Michelle at ext 105. They said the money could be payable by credit card, bank account, or by money gram at Walmart, Walgreen's or Western Union.
