Initial contact was by a hacked Facebook account of a friend. They went on to ask about the grant information that was sent to me. They gave the name of a contact person and a cell number. Once contact was made they ask some general questions and share the purpose of the grant. They later requested information about income, address, purpose of grant etc. They then reported that the grant would be approved for various amounts a "grant fee" would be assigned to the various amounts.
