i have been getting calls from this number some 15 times a day even tried blocking them and today i let them talk ..told me i was randomly selected out of 17,000 to recieve $9,000.00 in a federal government grant part of the recovery act by president Obama ..they asked simple information asked how i would like to recieve this money via western union or bank account ..then given a code of two letters and 3 numbers ..then given a number to call the financial manager with this code and he would go thru the process with me .i called back line was busy and i didnt leave a message but 5 minutes letter a guy named Donavan who had an accent that was more arabic so where all the other operators male or female all giving false names ...he said it would take 15 minutes for the process to complete but i would have to go to say walgreens or walmart to purchase a Apple Itunes gift card for $199.00 then while he was on phone would have that amount reimbursed with my $9,000.00 ..reason for the gift card was i had to registar my name with the federal bureu to get this since i never collected before ....now i told him that all grants recieved the government would never ask for money in advance this is a scam ..he tried to reasure me but i am not one to fall to easily as to sum...am reporting also note they will harasse you till u answer them ..literally blowing your phone up with their calls ..also phone number is from washington D.C
