Caller had extremely bad English and I needed him to repeat himself many times. He claimed that 15,000 individuals were selected to receive a $9k grant. The asked how I would like to recieve my money. He could deposit in my checking, savings, or PayPal. I also had the option of receiving cash from western union. At this point I told him that I no longer felt comfortable speaking with him and asked where he was calling from. He said Washington DC, then I asked why a local number was on my caller ID. Then I told him that I appreciated the consideration for the grant but I am good right now, have a nice day.
