so this was in 2021, but I have been fighting it ever since, due to the fact that I was scammed by someone pretending with official documentation to be an official government collection agency. They had a legit lawsuit number and case number against me so I felt I had no choice. I found out that the scammer who used the name in the email doc I will provide for you, all checked out when I googled them. I filed the scam with the FTC and the company they used against me for a loan that as 9 times the amount I owed the company, but neither did anything about it, I tried court, and they didn't do anything either saying they were sorry it happened and I was dumb for falling for it, but I still owed the loan company the money and have a nice day.

This is stupid, and i am aware that people can be had by experienced scammers, but this is dumb, they had legit info from the federal trade commission to make them all legit on google and in the agency, but still no one did anything about it. What made it worse, when i asked for them to give me the receipt for all this, there was nothing. the draft came out of my account and that was it. And I still had the loan owed to me. I am at this point over the fact that i was scammed almost 1000 dollars, and may never see it again, but this should be reported. This guy in the email is still out there using it on other people.
