Federated *** *** wanted to collect a debt from an eviction my sister got in my name. I argued with them for sometime and was told that it would not be removed from my credit until paid. Due to me trying to buy a home I agreed to pay $50 a month. They continually sent me incorrect corresponding letters that did not even have my name on it and refused to send me a statement showing a balance and payments made. After paying for 3 months I stopped paying because it did not have my name on it. F.C.B continued to charge my debt card DOUBLE WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY!!!!!!!! I will be filing lawsuits
