When ordering their product, I realized that I made a mistake in ordering a color of product. So quickly clicked back and put in the correct order.
When I got my credit card statement, I noticed I was charged for two purchases. I immediately emailed the company and reported the mistake and to please cancel the mistake order. I received again an email from them and asked me not to cancel the order and choose a different color. I replied "no thank you" and requested again to cancel my order. The next thing I knew, I received a notification that my shipment (the one I wanted cancelled) was being sent. I sent an email again saying not to send it. However, they sent it. I then sent an email saying I wanted to return the product (sandals) and wanted a refund. They replied no refund and said it would cost me to send the sandals back. I kept trying to get a refund, but got back replies that didn't make sense. The sandals were very cheap looking and the dye smelled awful.
My last reply to them was that I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com. So that is what I am doing to warn others not to order sandals from a site posted on Facebook.
