Company show photos of stained glass cats and stained glass window clings of birds. I purchased a black and white stained glass cat to give as a gift, and the window cling stained glass birds for myself. Nothing is mentioned where the items are sent from, turns out it’s from Hong Kong. Not only did I receive the incorrect item for the cat (multicolored), but it wasn’t stained glass, just colored plastic that was broken. The birds weren’t stained glass cling either, they were colored plastic and broken too. After receiving the items ordered on Dec 6, 2020 & delivered today Jan. 11, 2021, finding the items were not what I ordered, I investigated. Feforideo on Facebook has tons of customer review complaints expressing exactly what happened to me. Also, the photos used of the stained glass cats and stained glass cling birds were taken from an Etsy store. It’s not the products sold, but cheap knockoffs. Site says 100% return policy guaranteed—-30 days from the purchase date, and takes over 30 days to arrive. These items are also sold on Amazon under different names, with the same exact complaints—cheap knockoffs.
