i paid good for them to take care of my computers for alife time and every time i needed them they wanted more money said that was not covered trying to get refund because the group is a scam

I am an [censored]! I “bought” my McAffee” virus protection from them until the point my speed deteriorated. They called me from India(his name was Henry ?) and advised they were having trouble sending updates. I let them remote in thinking they could resolve the problem. They ran a scan and showed me that all of my Window 10 drivers had expired. They offered to sell me a permanent Windows 10 software. That is when I realized I had been scammed from the very beginning.

I purched a security Product Key McAfee from a military base and was told that it was three step to installation. How ever there was an problem and the internet suggest that I call for assistance I call for assistance and was transfer to Fegon group for them to install a fire wall on my computer. As they were installing the firer wall I was told that this company was a scam and I stop the installation and they wipe out my computer system. I try calling them back and they kept hanging up the phone and would not fix the computer back to where it need t be. Pleas don't use this company they are a scam Fegon Group in Miami Fl they have highjack Mcfee Product keys I tried contacting Mcfee Customer Service and I still waiting for there responds to this scam and fix the problem with my computer Please Stay away from Fagon Group they are un professional and sorry they will not help you.
