A Maine C o o n kitten was purchased on the website. The price included shipping. Total price 600+200=$800. The seller assured that the kitten had all the documents for transportation from Denver (Colorado) to New York. No further expenses would be required. When everything was paid, the seller requested the rental of a special portable cage at a cost of $1,300, meaning that upon receipt of the kitten, the seller would return 95% of the cost, only the rental of the portable cage would be retained. This was also paid, at the last stage the seller requested a certificate of permission to transport the cat from Colorado to New York, costing $1,500 and valid for 6 months. We consulted a veterinarian, he told us that such certificates are only needed by animal breeders who send them to other states, and not by the people who buy them. As a result, the seller stopped communicating. Threatening physical violence if we contacted the police. The seller has my home address and phone number.
