Following a visit to my local Harbor Freight store, I received an email inviting me to take a survey on my recent visit to Harbor Freight, which I did. At the end of the survey they said we had won a tool kit, but we needed to pay shipping and a reservation fee of $6.99. It asked me to enter a CC and the 3 digit code. I did. Shortly after this the CC fraud prevention called to verify if we had made 2 charges of $149.99 and one of $147.99. I informed them I hadn’t. They were able to reject the charges. But not the $6.99, as I had made it personally. They identified the fraudulent charges came from Felines Dream, phone number 844-755-5818. They also gave me the website as felinesdream.com, from which I got the name, address and phone number, operating the scam: A P Achieve LLC, *** Lombard Street, Madison, Alabama 35756. The website is of a business offering cat products.
