The product was promoted as if it was used by and recommended by a prominent HGTV personality. My parent (who is a senior citizen) decided to purchase it because of the product’s affiliation with the tv personality. Unfortunately, after purchase, my parent was forced into a $99 purchase & ongoing monthly subscription for the product. After realizing the product was a scam, thankfully, my parent was able to cancel the purchase and ongoing subscription. In my attempt to report the product, I was not able to find a viable phone number, mail/email address, or website. I am hopeful no one else is subject to this issue.
