I purchase a mug described as a mineral crystal mug for $33.19 and that is not what was sent. I received a plastic/ resin painted mug. I have asked for a refund and been offered several small settlement amounts that I refuse. They won't pay the return shipping and I shouldn't have to since I recieved an item not described as advertised.
