I was contacted by email for employment. The person said my resume had been extracted from a job board. It is a work from home position paying a lot of money per week. The company is going to send me a laptop and a check for $4800. for expenses I will need for a temporary 3 month position. The company is suppose to open a new office in the Tampa, Fl. area in 3 months. He called me on the phone and told me that they had sent out the laptop and certified check and I should receive it on Monday 04/20/2020. This makes me a little nervous and I need clarification if this is a scam. I can forward the email if need be. They have my name, address and phone #
