I purchased some clothes from this company--DMDress. I looked prior to purchasing to see if the items could be returned and website said items could be returned within 30 days.
Imagine my surprise when after I inquired about returning items, they said I could send it back to CHINA at my cost.
Nowhere on the site does it indicate that CHINA is where things are returned.
Who is ever going to pay the cost to return something to CHINA??
Then I realized one of my items was not as descriped and I was told, again via email, to return the items at an address in CHINA>
NO mention of my incorrect item.
I beg you to help the American public by denying these companies from selling in the US and scamming us. Obviously they were sneaky in not being clear on the website that returns were at the buyers expense to CHINA.
My order was 136.00 that I would have returned because the items were HORRIBLY made. But the item sent wrong was a 40.00 dress that is actually a shirt on the invoice.
