BEWARE! LINK Business Advisors of Houston solicit people who have businesses for sale and lure them into signing a listing agreement by saying they have a buyer who wants to see the business within 24hr. After you sign, they go dead silence! They just disappear! Then, they somehow know your business is sold and sends text message threatening the former owner for the commission and even come to the business that is sold and harass the new owners putting them in fear. I am a victim of their deception. You can find them under multiple business names. They give you the website LINKbusiness.com but their office is using website discountbusinesses.com. When you're in discountbusinesses.com website and click contact Fernando Saldivia it says page expired.
