I found an ad on Instagram that seemed legitimate being that it was being advertised on a popular social media platform. It even had a secure payment method. They advertised free *select sunglasses where all you had to do was pay for shipping and handling. They explained that the purpose of this was to advertise their product to get their name out there. After receiving only a text confirmation (no email), I later went back to check on the status of my order and found that the website no longer existed. I was later on Instagram again and found the same type of advertisement, just different business name. I checked out the comments and found that others were also scammed, thinking it was a legitimate business.
