I ordered and paid for an item more than 90 days ago and have not received my parcel. The tracking number that they provided does not exist. They keep on telling me thar the parcel has been sent but obviously NOT!
Do NOT buy from this company - they are stealing your money!

I keep asking for a refund and get the same response "our return and refund policy is to important to our company." Pure scam, DO NOT "buy" from this company.

I too ordered an item approximately 1 month ago and haven't received it. They're very prompt replying to my emails. But, it's just lip service. No confirmation of shipment or anything else. Asked for and demanded a refund without any luck. $65.95 down the drain. [censored].

I purchased some hardware for my workshop through FerrisHub in June and have not received the order. I did receive a shipping confirmation email but The tracking link doesn’t function. I contacted them in early August and they assured me I would receive the order and blamed the courier. I followed up again today, September 2 and received the same run around response. I am reporting them to my credit card company and Better Business Bureau.

This company is a scam! DONOT order from them. They take your money by providing a false shipping statement and your money is Gone! Ordered a product June 15, 2020, here it is Aug. 30th and still no merchandise! They refuse to refund my money claiming the merchandise is in transit. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and got my money back. Ferris Hub refuses to work out any kind of solution with customers. Again DONOT order from this company!

Ordered bed sheet retainers and waited weeks for delivery and found them unsatisfactory, I contacted them and got lip service, “ please go to our return page” nothing there with address to return just more lip service, first it was 7 days and then 30 days to return then a phone number that didn’t work and now the address on the original order is not responding. Worse experience I’ve encountered with online ordering.

In May I ordered a diy cloissone painting enamored kit. Not only did it take a very long time to arrive, but I had to message support multiple times to even get the status changed from processing.

It arrived today, but l came damaged and missing items. The bottle of enamel leaked making it impossible to open as it has fused to the wire and the bubble wrap. Furthermore, the main reason I purchased this item was the book that was supposed to be included and was not.

I have also been informed that the video on their website page was actually stolen footage from an artist.

I too ordered from them via Facebook and May and never heard from them again. I've opened a complaint with PayPal but after seeing comments here, I know I'll never see my $70 again.

This website is a hack. I suggest we all file a complaint against them and hire an attorney. Their purpose is to steel money from customers. We should not let them get away with it.
I had the same issue i have ordered 4 month ago and still didn’t receive the shipping number and they always give me the same feedback it is either the fault of the courier or they are working on it.

I also ordered from Ferris Hub and keep getting the run around from them. They keep telling me their suppliers haven’t updated their system and it’s been over a month and a half since I ordered Going to BBB and Attorney General to file a complaint.

I wish I'd checked this before I ordered something in May 2020. Thankfully it was only about $30, but every time I've contacted the company since then to check the status, they assure me it's already been shipped and that my satisfaction is their top priority. Strangely, checking the tracking number never provides any information on my package. My credit card was charged immediately--that's the only thing that happened quickly with this company. IT'S A RIP OFF--DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Hello, I placed an order for 2 Terra planters. But then, almost immediately changed my mind, and emailed them for a cancellation request. They didn't respond for 2 weeks (almost). And then, refused to cancel the order even when I showed them the email requesting cancellation (sent within 15 minutes of the purchase), citing reason that I'd to email them within the hour. I regret making this purchase and losing my money.

I purchased an item online using my credit card but I still have not received a Tracking Number for the package which they claim to have shipped out. They only provided Tracking Number: *********8609 when I started to follow them up regularly. Their responses via email are often vague and empty reassurances. It's been thirteen (13) days since I purchased the item and still no Tracking#. I paid $139.94 for the item. I am from the Philippines but I am not sure where this suspected scammer's business is actually located.

(I had to use a different location regarding my residence as the system does not have any other option except the US and Canada).
