I found this item online and the crate/bed was perfect for my dog U ordered this item in early November, so b it would be here way before Christmas. Well it is December 30th and I am still waiting for my item. They charged my account $78÷ and I have reached out and contacted them via email and no reply , I looked up the web page again and nothing. I will be contacting my bank today to see if I can get my money back for this charge. These times are crazy so many trying to swindle others out of money because they are selfish and lazy...

I ordered a dog crate through this company on 12-11 and was in contact with them numerous times about never receiving a tracking number for the order. After countless emails(With Betty and Mary), the company (specifically Mary their representative) provided me with a tracking number that she said was given by FedEx Home Delivery with an estimated arrival of yesterday. However, I got notice today that the product “was delivered at 12:31PM” on the front porch. Immediately I called FedEx and advised that we have proof the item was never delivered. She asked me for my name and tracking number which I provided, however, she said that was not the name and address that was put on the shipping label and that we received the wrong tracking number. I explained that it is impossible because I have the order email and it has my name and email on it. If it wasn’t for me I wouldn’t have got the email it was delivered. I explained that it is fraud because I paid for a product and they gave it to someone else. The FedEx representative hung up on me. I called back and spoke with an Angie and I was given the same story that she could not help me. I tried calling the company directly and it says out of service and now their website is gone. I was scammed out of my money by this company and never received my product and sent two emails to them and received no response yet. Additionally I noticed a .98 charge after payment for this product, on my card, which I questioned my bank about and they stated it was a MasterCard fee for using with and international merchant. However, their website and email said they were based in New York. I believe this to be a scam and am upset as I needed that crate for my dog and someone else received what I paid for. I called my bank and had a hold put on my card so no fraudulent charges can be made by this company moving forward.
