I ordered from the Fetal Plus website. The website states it offers a 30-day money back guarantee. They shipped me two broken, unusable items, not as described on their website. When I contacted them via email, as they do not have a customer service phone number, they requested videos of the defective products. I uploaded numerous videos, and sent countless emails trying to get my money back. The company refused to return my money, or allow me to return the defective, unusable items to them. They took nearly $126.00 of my money from my personal bank card, and mailed me items not as described, along with false advertisement on their website.
