I was told that i would have internet with fetch wireless's service. They told me to put the modem in or near the window. I tried every window in the house. I haven't been able to use the service as promised. They refuse to give a full refund. I have tried to communicate with them and they keep trying to give me service that doesn't work. I am just wanting my full refund. I have tried since last month to get this worked out but have been unable to. I will cancel my payment method so they can't charge me more money.
