Advertised Van Gogh 360 Immersive experience, false advertising and led buyer to believe this was the legitimate traveling show. Venue was supposed to be announced when you bought your ticket, and delay of venue announcement. Have been trying to reach Fever for refund, received email my tickets are "canceled" and there's no way to contact Fever. Entire account that you needed for mobile tickets has been wiped.

Fever add popped up on my Facebook wall, and I was excited to purchase the Van Gogh the immersive experience in Boston, even though it says the exhibition is at a secret location (to be announced soon). Until one week before the show starts, not only the location was never announced, but also my tickets got cancelled without any refund. Their reason was that they are still preparing the exhibition location and the opening day is delayed until further notice. I contacted Fever via email (there is no customer service phone number provided) and they refuse to refund in cash. They claimed to refund the Fever credit for purchasing the show at a different date within 24 hours, yet it did not happen either.
Overall, do not ever believe in any vague information from a ticket selling venue. At this point, I believe it can only be a fraud business. I will never use Fever and will warn all my family and friends about this app.

This is a scam by a company trying to impersonate a Van Gogh exhibit popular in Europe. Unfortunately, the phone number given to me by my bank to contact the company does not work. I have also reached out through the Fever Up website and have not had a reply on a refund.
