Saw the Hydro Flask sales advertisement in Facebook and I clicked and ordered on 6/10/23. I provided my information along with my correct address in San Bernardino, CA. After I placed my order, they gave me a reference Order TK4-10647. Two days after 6/12/23 I was provided a tracking number RG016688945CN. Per the tracking link provided, my order was delivered on 6/29/23 to an individual in SAN JUAN,PR 00926. I never provided a San Juan address. I tried locating a phone number on the website for this company but nothing was found. It only says Need help? Please contact us: [email protected].

I went on the website brought something for 27 never got it. Follow the tracking said it was delivered to Hawaii contacted them and the shipping company. Shipping company said they couldn’t do anything to contact the seller. Contacted them keep giving me the run around and never helped me said they would contact warehouse never got a response then I asked for a refund never responded.

I ordered these products online. I was sent an order number and even a tracking number. After a couple weeks of shipping it said delivered but had not arrived. The tracking shows it was delivered to an entirely different state and the only response for over a month has been please wait 3-5 business days we will contact warehouse.
