I was contacted by FGA - Federal Grant Assistance to say that I had a grant of $250,000 and that I was to pay a fee of $500 to which I said I did not have that much, so it was lowered to $250. I was to send it via money gram to Bernie Selvage Jr. in Lansing, MI, 48911.
