This company contacted me originally by phone, said I had Hud funds refundable to me, and offered to retrieve the funds for me for 25% of the fund amount. Once the company sent me documentation to have signed and notarized, I began to research the company since they claimed to be ScamPulse.com certified on their web site, and they also told me on the phone. When I went to the site, clicked on the ScamPulse.com icon, it sent me to the ScamPulse.com site claiming they were out of business, not certified, and had a 100% negative customer review (1 review). The review stated the company used foul language and hung up on the customer. I wrote the company asking for an explanation of what I found, so far as of this complaint, no response. I was able to verify that even though the ScamPulse.com site claiming out of business and not certified, was owned and operated by "Frank Strong" in Arizona. The fharecover.com site, also states "Frank Strong" as the owner and tracer name, even though they seem to be out of Florida now. My main concern and refusal to continue with the transaction is that I was lied to about them being ScamPulse.com certified, and since ScamPulse.com claims they are “out of business”, I question their intentions and validity.
