received notice dated 12/25/23, “2024-Fictitious Name Instruction Form (Florida Businesses addressed to my registered DBA (fictious name) citing “florida law: fictious Name act 865.09 and alleging that for $175, “C.P.S. will provide services necessary to renew the name FRAUDFINDERS in accordance w the requirements of FL law” my renewal is not due until 12/24 and it requires my signature and is payable to Florida Div of Corp. This appears to be fee scam where scammers copied fictitious names and entities from Sunbiz
