We would like to extend an offer to you for a part-time engagement to earn extra income on the side, a remote and flexible position accompanied with a Fixed $8,350 salary($100,200 annually), commission and other benefits included.
Fiedler GmbH is based out in Germany and needs a Customer Relationship Officer in the North America to resonate with customers, add a layer of trust and comfort thereby facilitates the growth of the company in the United States and Canada. There is a high demand for our product in this regions but we have also encountered a lost of over $2.1M USD in profit in just 8months due to lack of maintaining accurate records and collecting payments. Such loss has limited our effort to perform business as desired.
From experience, having a Customer Relationship Officer in a region is the remedy to such setbacks. This position entails being a point of contact communicated to the customers, duties includes Invoicing customers (USA & Canada-based customers), collecting payments (new and outstanding), maintaining accurate records (Book keeping); basically matching invoices with payments. Communication with customers will primarily be through emails and telephone calls, no travel involved so you’d enjoy time flexibility.
This position has nothing to do with sales or marketing, and can be terminated at your convenience. No daily, weekly, monthly or yearly quotas to be met and No prior experience is required to excel in this role.
