]I received a phone call on my cell phone from an identified number of 800-972-3030 FIFTHTHIRDBANK. A male with a foreign accent / oriental? asked to confirm my name - I would not, I asked who he was, where he was calling from - no response. He stated my address - is under foreclosure proceedings and posession of the property will take place in the "next couple of days". I then gave an outline of my steps already taken in my loan restructuring program, which were successful. He put me on hold, and I hung up on him. He attempted to call back and I did not answer the call.

I accessed the information of my genuine loan restructuring program and called a representative in the Loan Solution Center at 5th Third in Cincinnati, OH and confirmed there was no foreclosure occuring at the time, and this sounded like a scam. She suggested a file a report with the ScamPulse.com and keep the LSC apprised of any new activity.

I later received a text message from a "Jose Sanchez" from a number based in Texas (210) stating "We have a notice of default on mortgage (my address stated). "

"Before we activate Foreclosure (to recover dues on a defaulted loan) call us immediately." I did not call.
