" We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage".
( We brought the previous notice to our Fifth Third Bank. Our Loan Officer said it was a scam and checked other sights and saw other scams by these people.)
The notice ends with: The Mortgage Protection Service Center Even though it mentions Fifth Third Bk in this notice...... in very fine print it says " Not affiliated with any lending institution.
