I ordered an emergency bag in 2019 and did not receive it nor did I receive a refund as I requested. I sent emails back and forth for a year...they claim the refund was coming.
We did not receive the refund or the emergency bag/kit. The website is still up, but I don't think they are shipping anything. It is all a scam.

I ordered a 2-person 72 hour emergency pack. My credit card was immediately charged and after 5 weeks of my order being in Processing I submitted a service ticket (the only customer service option they give you since they don’t have a customer service number) the response after 4 days was Check our FAQ page. I then requested a cancellation and refund and another 4 days later I saw my order was On Hold. Two weeks later I sent another service ticket demanding a refund. I also messaged them on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest....all with no response. And today their website is Unavailable. What a scam
