A Google search of CTA Fincen Reporting displays a very dubious website, filetheboir.com. The owners of this "business" have a sponsored ad on this topic. The search returns a very "official" looking seal that looks similar in nature to that of the US Agency charged with managing CTA FINCEN Reporting. The website also displays an option to file the BOI Report which would include very sensitive information. I did not actually enter information. But how many did? The website also erroneously displays a deadline date for the filing of January 13, 2025 which directly conflicts with the current information on the real website, https://www.fincen.gov/.

This is a site posing as the fincen.gov website to file the Beneficial Ownership Information Report. They charge you $349 to file, but I was not aware you could file for free on fincen.gov.
