I got this as a letter recently and since I am new to my own business I am learning all of the new requirments. This letter looked somewhat legit.

A letter that looks government official. Under Filing Compliance Solution Services. It is tax season so they are probably trying to use that anxiety as if you missed something. It had no name just my address. It also has steps and a QR code (I did not scan just in case so if you get one, never scan! Google on your own) and it had record ID, respond by etc but vague with some info a place like this should know already

I just formed my 2nd LLC in Arizona. I have been sent so many things just like this and pray no other business owners fall for this crap.

The letter says that you need a piece of paper saying you own a business because you won’t be able to get loans and funding for your business without it. And even real estate. And banks don’t accept the online public information so you need to send them 87$ to get this paper that you absolutely do not need.
