I ordered diet supplement on line facebook marketplace Max-Keto-Thrive.com $7.53 & Max-Keto-Forskolin.com $6.53 08/10/2021. I ordered a trial for 1 bottle and it was charged to my capital One card without dispute. I did not order a subscription. They hawked the product as the newest Shark Tank product and used by Oprah - it did not work for me and I returned the product but address was insufficient and it came back to me. Today April 2023 I am getting harrassed by a collection company requesting $258. The phone number of the collector calling is 954-415-1084 and is registered to Trinh Quain - Quain Enterprises 5703 SW 48th Dr Miramar Fl 33027. So the collection co is a call center with diff numbers and they have many names. I have explained I ordered trial not subscription- received 1 bottle paid for 1 bottle and every time they call the amount they request increases. The Max-Keto-Thrive.com company has about 50 names, address on bottle is 7439 a Palma Ave#PMB719 Buena Park CA 92620 its not a real address. Capital one has tried calling the number from their billing statement billed as GreeneM*WistfulFeed - phone 844-658-9671NY it is a voice mail that puts on hold and hangs up. I am beyond upset about this, I have never not paid for something I ordered, I don't want to be harassed any longer and I have already paid for what I received. I don't get it?

What action can I take against the company, the shipper, facebook or the collection company?
