David Ray contacted Ms. Huffman, Friday stating the she owed a HSBN, $915.00. He ask for the $915.00, but Ms. Huffman states she couldn't that much money. He waited about 5 minutes and ask he would pay $545.94 cents, she couldn't, then drop down to 2 payment of $305 a month if not he will serve her legal paper the next day. She said let me think about and she'll get back to him. Then she call her county sheriff and her sheriff look up his phone number and told her that was a scam. She then reported this scam to the BBB, this Monday morning to report scam. David stated he will call her back Tuesday morning for the money or he would serve her with papers to have her put in jail.
