I ordered a replacement filter for our refrigerator through an online company, FILTERSGO. I provided credit card information and my card was charged the amount of the filters ($79.90). They sent a follow-up email a few days later to find out if I had received the item. I replied that it was never received. They replied that they would check into it and get back to me. I have heard nothing back. My recent CC statement indicated that I was charged the full amount (description: SP 2E1AF7-4SHERIDANWY). I have filled out the online form for the FBI.

I ordered two water filters for $53.90 and received tracking number and info saying they were delivered. I checked with post office and the tracking number was not that of my address nor from Filtersgo. I emailed them and got reply that they would solve my problem, to date that has not happened. The telephone number on the website is bogus and that of an insurance company.

I keep getting emails from you that my account will be refunded, but so far, I have not seen anything. Please refund my order # FG2593 for $53.90. I DID NOT receive my order and my postal representative told me that the tracking number you sent me is truly NOT for me.

I ordered a 2 pack of water filters for my fridge at the office. Got a receipt and tracking #. Paid with my credit card. Got an email that the filters were delivered and they never were. We are a business in an office building. I have contacted Filtersgo via email asking where they were and for a refund. The only response I get via email is "Don’t worry, we are in touch with you to solve any of your problems and unpleasant situations. Your order number is FG2564, we will check all the information and get back to you with an answer. Thank you for staying with us."

I called the 229 number on the website. It belongs to an insurance co. in GEORGIA. Been emailing back and forth now for 2 weeks with [email protected] and [email protected] . This company is a scam and fraud and needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Ordered 3 refrigerator water filters online from this scam. Filtersgo listed a number to call in Wyoming that was not a valid number. When I contacted them online I got automated generic response. No water filters ever delivered. Charged my card $79.90

My experience was exactly the same as the other complaint.I ordered 4 water filters for my refrigerator from their website. Paid with credit card. Received emails saying product was shipped and delivered. Product never arrived. Phone number and email on website were not connected to this business. USPS was contacted after I received the email saying product was delivered. USPS informed me the tracking number and delivery address were not connected to me. Informed me it is likely fraudulent.
