Received a letter today marked from Official Use. I tracked the phone number on Safari and the ScamPulse.com information came up about a scam. There is a fake Owners ID on the form and gives a date to respond by as this is the final notice. They had the correct bank name for my mother, but she never had such warranty on the house.
