I placed my order with Final Swab and allegedly the business is based in Washington in the United States and everything ships from their Washington warehouse and US deliveries can be expected in 3-6 days. My product is allegedly stuck in customs and all tracking is showing it is coming from China. There is no contact phone number and no one is reaching back out to me.

I purchased two reusbale Q-tips from Final Swab. A month later, I have not received them or any replies to multiple emails inquiring as to their ETA.

Purchased from finalswab.com for $18.68. Got an email receipt saying they were processing my order on Sept 11. Website claims order will send in 48-72 hours. Hadn't heard anything. Tried to contact them. Their online contact form does not work. ScamPulse.com has this place recognized as a scam. I emailed the paypal address and no response.

Submitted order on Sept 8. Tried to use their online contact system on Sept 16 to check on status and unable to send email. Links to FB, Twitter, and Instagram on their website don't work.
