I called to see how much money was on the card. I cask the number on the back of the card. I was told that we were chosen to receive 100. I told him, i just wanted to amount that was on the card. He would not go any further until i have him my mailing address and the card numbers. I instead i just waves the balance. I finally gave in and have him our mailing address and the card info. He then gave me a different number to call to get the balance. That number was just a sales pitch for a medical wrist band. I went on the vanilla website and made a report. I've not heard back from anyone in almost a month.
