This business continues to send invoices (Some of which were paid before the company was investigated), and cannot provide any proof that services have been requested by us and will not provide proof of work. They have a gmail server address, however regardless of which "department" contacts us, it is always the same person. I have requested many many times for proof of work or proof that we have requested services and the company just continues to demand money. E-mails are unprofessional, website is simply a directory pulled from yellowpages and all the selections on the drop down "Category" menu redirect to the same page. All social media links go to dead links. All standard website tool links send to dead links. All Canadian Publications that they claim to publish don't seem to exist (Search via google), the website looks as if it is simply a facade for fraud, ie> if someone were to Google the business name after receiving an invoice they do not recognize, a quick browse of their website would look legitimate IF you didn't dig in or read the actual text bodies of the website. They also claim to do website design, however their website states that it is designed by another company. The website itself is full of red flags, let alone the communications with the one employee that works in every department. We have paid them on several occasions leading to about 1500$ in losses for business they cannot prove happened.

Hello Sir or Ma'am,

I would like to address some of your concerns that you have brought up. Its been quite the journey for everyone these past 2 years, there's no denying that business's around the world have suffered greatly. Finally Public was hit hard also, if company's can't open there doors, we need to close ours. Management took charge and shut our call center and transferred everyone home base, which led to more issues with computers and phone equipment glitches and our CSR's aren't trained hardware technicians. So Finally Public stopped taking clients. Existing customers continue to receive their services, it's recurring billing every 6-12 months depending we ask to notify us 30 days before for any cancellation but were not very hard on our customers, people forget, were all human. We'll take care of you. All calls are recorded and verified for quality control and everything is explained to the customers regarding billing and recurring payments we make sure the person authorizing the sale is also authorized to purchase with the company. You may request the recording at anytime. I'd be happy to verify the sale and see what went wrong.

You're right though, you've probably spoken to the same person since currently weren't taking in new customers, we have only a couple of reps taking care of the back-end for billing and tech support and they're home based.

The gmail accounts were linked to an @finallypublic.com email with G suite from google but after a password change on the google account we lost the link with our CNAME DNS which is usually an easy fix but we haven't been able to log into our DNS to make the update. This is out of our control. Server issue which you can verify yourself with mustang technologies if you need hosting i would try elsewhere. Try to login with any email or do a password reset, 500 SERVER ERROR... That's been resolved, switched our business to a new faster reliable DNS host.

It's a little ironic because most of the issues you speak of i spent the night correcting and I was making sure everything on google was working correctly this morning and I saw this complaint from 6 days ago... I didn't develop our website but I was in the process of doing some updates and testing some codes but the C language used is a little out of date and it's not capable of doing what I'd like. Unfortunately I was hospitalized and had multiple surgeries and recovery was longer than expected and everything was put on hold. So you can put the blame on me for that one, but i was just trying to make things better for our customers at the time. I got back to work yesterday and spent the day correcting the categories and bad links that was in a test phase. I started programming new code it's all gonna be brand new which will be amazing when finished, which should be in approximately a month, but you know it's like buying a new phone, technology advances so quickly nowadays we can only try to keep up. Along with our call center reopening everything is back on track. I added a covid notice on our site for customers to understand the current situation and apologize for any inconvenience. We're all trying to get back to life as we knew it pre-covid.

As for the listings you say are not found on google, when buisness's close or they move and google doesn't locate them with the code in place the map links go dead and they search for related business your area by IP location. Which is still somewhat convenient... This is something that will be corrected in the new code its the main reason that we are updating now, the old C# can't parse the links that are bad which also caused issues with those categories I was setting up and now removed. The databases all need to be separated which puts a heavy load on the servers, not very data friendly for mobile users and it's slow if you're on a 50mbit connection or less it could take minutes to load. So I reverted to the main database till im done the new site which does just fine. We offer SEO among other things, try just seaching "finally public" on google were at the top. You'll notice under our main link, all our customers listings are on google under us press "see more" all these customers page rankings are up because of this and buy working with us we can help you also optimize this so local searches (IP Location) will trigger you on top in the search results over your competitor up the street and if you're really in need of that extra push with my skills, you could be selling used tires outta Taiwan and I guarantee you all your neighbors will be driving around with them by the end of the week. Hell we'll even have them be buying sets of winters in July.

We did have a team of web designers in the past, they became their own company and supply our customers in need of there service as a 3rd party we trust. Its not our main focus anymore but if we see you've got a lemon for a website we would recommend updating, there's low cost options also nowadays its not like it was... Unless its a fully custom transactional system with a user base encryption that you'd like from scratch, that's months of work and $$$$

We're gonna be offering a new line a products and services in the coming weeks which I think will be beneficial to all our customers especially rebuilding after this pandemic. We will be more customer oriented with these new services offered, tailored to your needs and focused on one thing. Getting your business up the charts.

We want all our customers to feel appreciated, I'm really sorry to hear you had a bad experience, please reach out to me personally and we'll make things right for you here at Finally Public. Thanks for your comment it just helps us to be better for you. You know they say the customer always right ;)
