This company was suggested to me as I was in the market for a new accountant/ tax preparer for my family and business. Mrs. Rita assured me that she was very professional and that her services were top notched. She showed me an error that my previous accountant had missed and said that she can not only correct it to get me more money back but that I would no longer owe the IRS. I quickly paid her for two (2) services that we agreed upon and awaited her to complete these services. As the year continued COVID hit and things took a turn. She claimed to be effected by it (on several occasions) but this was a lie. I later had a different accountant to double check the things that she said she could do and it was shown to me how that was a lie. The previous accountant was indeed correct and Mrs. Rita was a crook. Although she told me that she could fix the problem, there wasn't a problem to fix and I just found out that although she said that she filed my taxes for 2019, this was also a lie. Today is January 12, 2021 and I am not just finding out that they were never filed and now I may have to be penalized because of her deception and misinformation. I am not sure as to how many other persons have undergone this from her but I am hoping no one else does.
