I keep getting calls from a restricted number on my cell phone. I felt from the beginning it was a scam. Probably twenty five to thirty calls since June or July. I do not answer. Now they state it is the last time they are contacting me. Financial Hardship loan through the State of Ohio. $36,000 loan. Red flag was no credit check. I do not have the phone number that calls. Comes up as restricted. Nobody is going to offer $36,000 with no credit check. Also I am blind and have heart problems. I wasn't sure if this had something to do with my disabilities. I don't want this to happen to someone else. I thought reporting it would help.
