I was contacted regarding a third party bill for blood work , which I did not have drawn.

- Albuquerque, NM, USA • Feb 14, 2024

The person called from this number, 8066660563, said that Alliance Labs had sent me several bills to my house (used my address) then threatened the credit bureau and refused to tell me their company name or send me an email with the charges. Eventually she said I could call 8084813373. She said her name was Sheila Anderson.

- Port Hadlock, WA, USA

Sheila Anderson called me on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, and indicated she was with Financial recovery, collecting a debt I owed to Alliance Diagnostics. The amount was $493.35, and it needed to be paid today or it would be reported to the credit bureaus. I asked for a copy of the invoice, and was told I'd get it once I paid it. The date of service was supposedly January 18, 2022, and she indicated the invoice was mailed to an address I haven't resided at since May of 2019. The number Sheila called me from was 206-814-6894, and at one point I called her back at the number and she answered.

I have had prior calls from this number with no message and hang up. I answered today they said they were from financial recovery for a client getting debt collection. I told them I do not have any debt currently. I said this in a very firm voice and they hung up. The only financial recovery that's legit that I found was in Minnesota.

On Friday, Jan.29,2021 around 4:15pm, I received a call from"Laura White". Said she was from FinancialRecovery Services. She said I owed over $400.00 from an unpaid bill for lab work performed by ******* ********** **** back on 8-22-2018. She said my insurance paid some of the bill but $286.52 was still outstanding because this lab was out of network. She said ******* ********** **** turned it over to collections because of non-payment and because of interest I owed over $400.00 now. Collections claimed they sent me a letter back in August 2020 without receiving a response. I never received anything about this. Financial Recovery said that if I didn't pay right now they were going to send it to court and it would ruin my credit score.

First of all, ******* *********** **** is in the Trenton, NJ area about 70 miles away from where I live. I have never been there, I have never heard of them and they have never billed me for directly for anything. I checked with my insurance company and they have never processed a claim for me from ******* ********** ****--ever! Financial Recovery wanted me to pay by credit card over the phone immediately and they would not send me something in writing. I told Financial Recovery I will not pay anything over the phone and they must send me something in writing and we got off the phone. I then filed a police report with my local police department thinking this whole thing is a scam. Then, on Monday, Feb.01, 2021 around 12:37 I received another call from Financial Recovery and I just hung up.

To whom it may concern,

I have been getting calls from Financial Recovery Services for over a year. They call about once a month and ask me to give my information about my outstanding bill with ********* ******. When I miss their call and try to call them back, I get a busy signal. Today, when they called I asked if they could mail me a paper statement and they said their "printer was down" and I then asked if they could give me the number to their customer service representative and they hung up.

Here are all the times they called me in the past two months:

November 3rd 10:46am

December 4th 11:51am

December 10th 9:41 am

December 14th 10:58am

December 17th 10:16am

January 15th 10:52am

January 27th 12:05pm

January 29th 10:38am

February 1st 10:24am

This is the latest phone history I have but these are the times where I have given them a 50$ payment that I have record of as of now:

June 4th, 2020 (Description: Professional Medical MGMT 800-42833321 NJ)

July 6th, 2020 (Description: Professional Medical MGMT 800-42833321 NJ)

August 4th, 2020 (Description: Professional Medical MGMT 800-42833321 NJ)

September 4th, 2020 (Description: Professional Medical MGMT 800-42833321 NJ)

October 5th, 2020 (Description: Professional Medical MGMT 800-42833321 NJ)

November 3rd, 2020 (Description: Professional Medical MGMT 800-42833321 NJ)

My hope is this does not happen to anyone else and that I am also given justice due to this circumstance. I was under the impression that I was paying off a debt to ********* ****** and this company clearly took advantage of a vulnerable situation.

Thank you
