Quando entrei em contato para exigir o reembolso, além de se recusarem a devolver o valor que ILEGALMENTE retiraram da minha conta, o atendimento foi simplesmente desrespeitoso, grosseiro e desonesto. A postura dessa empresa é digna de um golpe: cobram sem permissão, recusam-se a corrigir o erro e ainda tratam o consumidor com descaso e arrogância.
Exijo IMEDIATAMENTE a devolução integral dos valores cobrados indevidamente, caso contrário, tomarei todas as medidas legais cabíveis para denunciar essa prática abusiva, incluindo reclamações formais em órgãos de defesa do consumidor, bancos e instituições financeiras para bloqueio dessa empresa criminosa.
Essa reclamação será publicada em todas as plataformas possíveis, para que mais pessoas saibam da falta de ética e do comportamento vergonhoso dessa empresa. Se não resolverem a situação imediatamente, preparem-se para enfrentar as consequências legais!

I would like to report the absolutely unacceptable conduct of this fraudulent company. Without my authorization, they captured my card details and started debiting €39.50 per month for three months directly from my account. I NEVER subscribed to any service with this company, I NEVER authorized these charges, and yet, they debited my money completely illegally. When I contacted them to demand a refund, in addition to refusing to return the amount they ILLEGALLY removed from my account, the service was simply disrespectful, rude and dishonest. This company's stance is worthy of a blow: they charge without permission, refuse to correct the error and still treat the consumer with disregard and arrogance.
