Type of a scam Online Purchase

IG fraud purchase Gonabledresstore NY

Exactly what others have complained about. Ordered in Aug. sent a s fake tracking #. Showed delivered but it was not.
Contacted and requested refund. I was sent a “second” package and another tracking #. Same thing, said delivered, it was not. Offered a 50% refund. I said no full refund. They agreed and said 15-20 days. Again not received. Sent another email and was told refund was successful. This company is a scam and should be shut down. Isn’t there a law against postal fraud? Placed an order on August 26th. My account was debited on September 3rd. I was sent a confirmation of my order and kept tracking it and emailing the company as a full 30 days went by and still no package. I have now emailed several more times as the package states it was delivered bit it has not been delivered. No one is responding and I can’t find a phone number to call. I did end up finding that others have had the same experience and have had much difficulty getting any money returned.
