I placed an order and then immediately reached out to customer service to cancel and they responded right away indicting they were a legit business and inquiring about why I’d like to cancel. My order number is 240829232114605.
I did recieve an order tracking email from the company - being shipped from China allegedly. Tracked the order for over a month just to never recieve the jeans I ordered. Tracking number SYGJ20244358CN.
I’ve reached out to the customer service team several times now about a refund, no reply.
