Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased merchandise from @findsomethingseries from their Instagram page. The Instagram account has a link that leads you directly to their shop. I purchased a hat, sweatsuit, and a t shirt for a total of $94.97. This purchase was made on July 10,2023. Today is August 25th and I still haven’t received my order nor a refund. I’ve written them on multiple platforms and emails requesting the order or a refund. They replied back from the findsomethingseries Instagram page and said they were going to look into it but never wrote back. The page is ran by someone known as Gokupump. I’ve written him as well on his Instagram account @guku_pump and still no replies. His page also have a direct link to their website with merchandise as well. After getting scammed by them I noticed that many people in the comments under their instagram pages have stated they haven’t received their orders as well! They use instagram and YouTube to advertise their merchandise but only take the customers money and never send the items out!
