Type of a scam Online Purchase
I sent them $800 for the cat via Zelle (online payment) after they sent me pictures.
Then when the day for the cat to be shipped arrived, they claimed they needed more money to pay for a special carrier for the cat. They claimed the $1200 for this would be 95% refunded.
Then I called Delta Cargo and was told my tracking number was invalid.
I then got another e-mail asking for more money for insurance! by this stage I knew it was a scam so ignored it. That email came from: [email protected]
In total I was scammed out of $2000, and no cat!
